Graham Coyle – is the Director of Federal Construction Management, which is a specialist building and construction management consultancy, based in Aranda ACT, serving clients mainly in ACT & NSW.

Graham has more than 25 year’s practical local, national & international experience in the building and construction industry including the delivery of significant projects in both Government and private sectors. He is experienced in residential & commercial building projects together with civil and landscape construction projects.

He constantly works with all Stakeholders, including the regulators and ACT Government, Consultants and Contractors to ensure the best outcome will be achieved for his clients.

He is accredited by the ACT Government to audit management systems of its suppliers (Consultants and Contractors) including OH&S and environmental requirements.

As a Lead Auditor, Graham has assessed the implementation of many firms ranging from local suppliers through to international design consultant firms.

Graham has been vital in successfully establishing and implementing the Management Systems of many construction companies in a practical, simple & effective manner.

He also assists companies with the preparation of their Prequalification applications for ACT Government Construction Works by helping them understand then meet these mandatory criteria. Training is provided to meet specific needs.

Project Management , Procurement & Contract Management Services

Graham also provides high level professional services of Project & Design Management, Cost Planning, Cost Control, Contract Administration, Construction Planning & Construction Management to large and small organisations.
