Significance of Strong and Proven Time Management and Reporting Systems

By referring to the attached Working Day Calendars you can see that time (or lack of it), is extremely critical in delivery of successful projects.

Based on ACT & NSW dates, we have prepared two working day Calendars. These can be used together with short term program (2 weeks) and long term construction programs to assist with this important part of the project in particular for the planning and monitoring of the works.
