Graham has strong Project Management & auditing skills developed over the past 25 years through academic training and practical experience in the building & construction industry in significant projects in both Government and Private sectors, complete with achieving accreditation of L1, 2 & 3 Service providers in the NSW power industry. He is qualified & competent in Project & Design Management, Cost Control, Contract Administration, Construction Planning, together with Quality, OHS& R and Environmental Systems Auditing.
Graham’s expertise has been gained in senior management positions from several firms ranging from implementing a quality management system on the Goulburn Bypass for Barclay Mowlem ($11m), Project and Quality Manager of Concrete Constructions Group (ACT) through to General Management of companies. He has experience in the power distribution, commercial and residential construction sectors.
As senior quantity surveyor/contracts administrator at New Parliament House, he was responsible for the tender, award & coordination of over twenty contracts.
He has been vital in successfully implementing the Integrated Management Systems of many companies.
Graham has extensive auditing experience gained from JASANZ accreditation audits together with performing many 2nd Party Audits for the ACT Government together with internal audits to ISO 9001, 14001 & AS 4801 including a major infrastructure water tunnel construction project Sydney’s North Side Storage Tunnel.
As a qualified Lead Auditor and as an Accredited Construction Industry Management System Auditor for the ACT Government, Graham assesses all levels of stakeholders including many subcontractors, head contractors and consultants, including both designers and superintendents. He maintains strong and effective client relationships.
Graham’s qualifications together with his “hands on” extensive construction experience complete with his qualities of integrity and energy, add value to his Clients’ Management Systems & improves their project outcomes.
