In order to be short listed companies are required
by certain clients to demonstrate their ability
in a number of key areas including past performance,
their management systems comprising quality, OH & S and environmental,
organisation structure and key personnel, current

will determine if they are closely evaluated and selected for tendering
and future works opportunities. Governments capital works procurement
bodies have developed a systematic and comprehensive approach to prequalification/selection
of potential tenderers. FCM has successfully assisted

Prequalification.
The ACT Government's prequalification process is a rigorous assessment of many critical aspects of a company's attributes including Financial, Past Performances, Resources, Technical capacity, Legislative compliance, Human resource management, Licences, Insurances and Management Systems comprising quality, OH&S and environment.
New South Wales has several Government Agencies responsible
for procurement of capital works. These include the
Department of Commerce, RTA and Sydney Water. These organisations
also have a similar assessment process for the selection
of suitable service providers for construction works
including designers, superintendents and contractors.
Project and Design Management:
Services include assisting large and small clients
to properly define and deliver capital works projects
together with smaller projects and minor maintenance
works.
Contract Administration:
With over twenty five years experience in the preparation
and administration of construction related contracts,
