Tenders:

FCM provides professional tendering services for building and construction clients across various disciplines and trades in both private and government sectors. Successful tendering requires a demonstrated appreciation of the client's project requirements and the capability of the company which gives the potential client assessing the tenders confidence in the ability of the contractor to successfully deliver the works. Many companies with low bids have been overlooked for a given contract award due to their inability to adequately address all of the tender selection criteria. FCM can assist in all aspects of the tender preparation including estimates, appreciation of the task, tender program and construction planning together with comprehensive response on each of the selection criteria. Our successful clients who can attest to our services are noted here.

Expressions of interest:

In order to be short listed companies are required by certain clients to demonstrate their ability in a number of key areas including past performance, their management systems comprising quality, OH & S and environmental, organisation structure and key personnel, current commitments. How the company conveys this information to the client will determine if they are closely evaluated and selected for tendering and future works opportunities. Governments capital works procurement bodies have developed a systematic and comprehensive approach to prequalification/selection of potential tenderers. FCM has successfully assisted companies in the construction industry to qualify for such private and government expressions of interest.

FCM provides clients with specific services in order to professionally complete applications for Government Prequalification.
