Specific Training

FCM provides its clients with specific training as to what their obligations are in relation to meeting industry requirements and standards including OHS&E legislation, regulations and codes of practice, specialling in the building and construction industry.

In house training and information sessions are arranged with the input of company workforce and management to gain the optimum effectiveness in relation to the information and training provided.

Also FCM provides advice on other training providers for specific training needs that are identified.

Training and human resource management is fundamental for complying with all management systems and FCM has an excellent set of tools including Company induction, training register, training outline and attendance sheets together with a training plan that it provides to its clients for their use in this important area.
